Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 28-year-old son, Joseph Baena, made an impressive debut in bodybuilding at the NPC Natural Colorado State competition in Denver.
He claimed three titles: Men’s Open Bodybuilding Heavyweight, Men’s Classic Physique True Novice, and Men’s Classic Physique Novice, and took silver in the Men’s Classic Physique Open Class C.
Baena has been training closely with his father, who helped him perfect signature moves from his competitive days. Despite growing up mostly with his mother, Mildred “Patty” Baena, Joseph has clearly embraced the Schwarzenegger bodybuilding legacy.
He emphasized in a past interview that he values hard work and honor over using his father’s fame for shortcuts, showing a determination to carve out his own path in the sport.
