France’s PR stint – Un-annexation

Recently in the media, leaders of France were depicted as if they had been sad for decision that some African nations opted to channel their own futures. In the Past, these African States depended on France for security, foreign and monetary policy directions. A positive outcome has resulted from move for these African States to Un-annex from French protection.

This is a time for Africa to be accountable and make decisions that best protect their interests. Should France be sad for their client State to focus on other paths that best serve them? Does France even have a right to be sad as France’s associations with African States has result in wars, violations of human rights, and coup as France chooses and protects the so-called Presidents or managers that protect French’s interests instead of protect their nation’s wellbeing.
